SleepVista Art is an independent digital art shop selling calming bedroom wall art prints. Products are sold as digital downloads through our Etsy shop at sleepvista.etsy.com. Purchases are governed by Etsy's terms as well as these Terms.
All products sold by SleepVista Art are digital files (JPEG and/or PDF). Upon purchase through Etsy, you receive a licence to download and print the files for personal, non-commercial use only.

SleepVista Art products are created with the assistance of AI image generation tools, curated, refined, and prepared for print by SleepVista Art. By purchasing, you acknowledge this disclosure.
Because our products are instant digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
For purchases made through Etsy, Etsy's buyer protection policies also apply.
All artwork, images, text, and content on this Site and in our digital products are the property of SleepVista Art and are protected by applicable copyright law. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our content.
